Girls Club Prayer Mother Celebration - Wednesday, March 17th
The Girls Club will have our Prayer Mother celebration on Wednesday March 17th. All Prayer Mothers, Mothers, and Girls, please mark your calendars and plan to attend from 7 - 8:30. I know some of you have class, one class is not that hard to make-up. It's a 1 1/2 hours to spend with your girls. We felt we could plan around when you are here as Saturdays are so busy for you and the girls. We will serve light refreshments and talk about activities & our fundraiser. We need you to RSVP so we can plan refreshments accordingly. We have a sigh up sheet in the girls club area. See Kathy Simmons for more details.
REMEMBER THE CROSS
The Department of Music and Worship Arts will present this year's Resurrection Cantata entitled "Remember the Cross" on Friday, April 2, 2010 at 7:00 PM. This will be an intimate worship celebration of our Lord's resurrection. Refreshments will be served. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend.
Coupon Mania - Thursday, April 8th 7:00 PM
Many of you who were not able to attend the coupon mania class this past Saturday have asked for another class can be arranged. Your request has been granted! There will be another class on Thursday evening, April 8th at 7:00 pm. Please sign-up in the foyer! Your cost will remain at $20 and MUST be paid at the time of registration. If you attend as a couple, you may both attend for $20 but will receive only one bag of 'goodies' and folder with coupons. Questions - please contact Mike Tate in the church office.

Missions@Marietta Haiti Relief Fund
Missions @ Marietta is sponsoring a Haiti fund. If you would like to give money to help the people of Haiti during this earthquake disaster, please do so in the offering during services or on the church website. Please designate on an offering envelope, check or on your online donation that your money is for the Haiti fund.
- Small toys for children (especially baby dolls for the girls)
- Over-the-counter medicines for adults and children (Tylenol, Advil, Nyquil, Visine, chewable vitamins, etc.)
Bring the items for donation to the church. The money collected in the Haiti Fund will be going to this organization as well.
HOPEH is the ministry that sent David and Lori Newton to Haiti. They are taking in some of the earthquake refugees to their school in a remote mountain village.

Ladies Ministry Luncheon - March 28th
Ladies Ministries Luncheon Sunday, March 28th after the a.m. service. Reunite with your Destin buddies from last year's Retreat and join the rest of the ladies at Marietta Church of God to reflect on the wonderful trip we enjoyed last year as well as looking forward to our 2010 trip. Lunch will be served and we will enjoy a video presentation of some our "Sands in Time-Destin 2009" Retreat memories. We will also hear a few brief testimonies of what the Retreat meant to a few of our ladies. This year's Retreat is sure to please! There will be an opportunity to sign up for the retreat for those who have not done so.
EGGstravaganze 2010
We will be holding the EGGStravaganza on Saturday, April 3, 2010, from 10 AM - 2 PM. If you are willing to volunteer to work a carnival game, concession stand, inflatable, kids activity, or donate plastic eggs and/or prizes for this special event, please email Sylvia Phillips at

Sponsor a Life Learning Community Center Student
Our Life Learning Community Center is in need of sponsors for students. Not all of the students can afford the books needed for the classes they take to better themselves. Sponsorship includes a monetary donation, as well as the opportunity to pray for your student, create a relationship with your student, and be a witness of Jesus Christ to your student. Please pray about sponsoring a student and sign up at the missions table.
Donations for the homeless
Every week during the winter Missions @ Marietta is collecting blankets, coats, gloves and scarves for the homeless. Please drop off your donation in the box marked BLANKETS at the Missions display in the lobby.
